Thermal Insulation Mold Plate PRO-260

PRO-260 is a material, specially developed high end thermal insulations in molds and hot presses. Widely used in the wood panel industry, this material also is more and more applied in plastic processing industry, where the requirements are very high. Especially at elevated temperatures the material keeps its mechanical strength. Even we only recommend maximum short time temperatures of 260°C, some of our customers use the material at continuous temperatures of 280 and even 290°C. Of cause at such high temperatures the life time has its limit.
